Booking: When you book an adventure with Ziba Adventures, there is a certain amount of information we require to fulfil your trip. This can sometimes include:

 Insurance details

 Details of any medical condition

 Names of additional travellers

 Credit or debit card information if paying online

Ziba Adventures will use your personal information for a number of uses including, but not exclusively, for the following:

  • Administrative purposes, which means that Ziba Adventures may contact you for reasons related to the service you have requested e.g. extra information required for visas or pre-trip paperwork required to organise the trip for you

If you have booked an adventure with Ziba Adventures, we will keep your information on record after you return home, in case this information needs to be accessed in matters relating to your booking.

If booking a holiday with Ziba Adventures, we will need to share information with our team, partners and suppliers in the destination you are visiting. This may consist of your name, passport number, date of birth, insurance details, level of fitness, next of kin and any medical conditions or dietary requirements.
