My Huel Protein Review: Is Huel Worth It?

Huel is a powdered meal replacement shake that is ideal for vegans and people who are looking to cut down on the amount of protein they consume. It’s made up of ancient proteins which are great for your body and should be part of your everyday diet. In this blog post, I’ll be sharing my experiences with the Huel protein powder so that you can make the right decision for your own diet. After all, you can’t get an unbiased review from someone who works for the company. If you want to know if Huel is worth it, keep reading.

What is Huel?

Huel is a plant-based protein powder that is made from ancient proteins which are ideal for vegans and people who are looking to cut down on the amount of protein in their diet. It’s made up of 9 different types of plant protein, including pea, brown rice, and sacha inchi. Each serving contains 20 calories, 4 grams of fat, and 8 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of which are from sugar. Huel comes in 3 flavours: Original, Vanilla, and Unflavoured.

Does Huel Contain All the Essential Protein My Body Needed?

Huel is a complete protein, meaning that it contains all the essential amino acids my body requires. There are 8 essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself and must therefore be obtained through diet. Some of these essential amino acids include lysine, threonine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, histidine, and valine.

The table below shows the percentage of each amino acid present in Huel’s protein sources. As you can see, they are very similar to animal-based proteins, making them a great choice for people who are vegetarian or vegan.

Should I Try Huel? Is It Right for You?

If you’re reading this review, there’s a good chance that you’re interested in trying Huel protein. Great! Let’s talk about whether or not you should give it a shot.

First things first, here are a couple of things you should know about Huel:

This is not a weight-loss product. It’s designed to save you time, money, and energy so that you can do other things. That’s it.

If you’re looking for a “magic bullet” protein powder that will make you lose weight and get jacked in 30 days, this isn’t it. (Seriously, we’ve never heard of such a thing.)

This is not a complete replacement for meals. You should be eating small, balanced meals throughout the day.

Huel Review

[00:00:00] Huel Review: Hello, and welcome to this review of the human protein range.

Full disclaimer. I am not being paid by hill. I have no sort of promotion. I just really like their product and have used it over the last four years. Their first one, the original that first came out. I absolutely. They came out when you recipe, which was disgusting. So I was really intrigued to see what their new protein range was like.

So let’s find out.

Smells. All right. So this is the chocolate fudge brownie. So this will be interesting to see what it’s like. It’s 20 grams of protein and 105 calories for anyone who’s [00:01:00] interested. So they’ve come out with these new bottles, which I think are actually pretty cool.

So 300 milliliters of water to one

and then shake it for 10 cents.

Anyway, let’s give it a taste. This is the first time I’m tasting it. So smells. All right.

It’s actually pretty good. I’m going to lie. Most protein shakes over the years of all the random protein shakes I’ve had, they’ve all actually been pretty disgusting. I was actually better than I thought it was going to be. [00:02:00] I think they have sort of seven or eight flavors to choose from. As I say, this was a random one that I got in the paste, along with the strawberries and cream, which I imagine.

Well, anyway, let’s actually try it.

It’s a little bit sweeter. I think I prefer the chocolate fudge brownie. I’ll probably be using this as my go-to preteen Cher. For the future 20 grams of protein. I mean, most protein shakes are between 20 and 30. I actually think one of the biggest and best reasons to choose this product is the fact it’s, Degan not having to have whey protein is just an absolute winner.

That’s the end of the review. I let me know what you think in the comments. Have you ever tried heal and what do you think of it? Are you going to try that protein range? Let me know. [00:03:00] Anyway, that’s it go and have a great day and I’ll see you in the next video.

Abnormal Meal Replacement Review

[00:00:00] Abnormal Meal Replacement Review: I had no more food is the latest meal replacement to hit the markets say, what is so great about abnormal foods? I’m John horsewoman adventure athlete. And in this video, I’m doing a review of abnormal food. In this video. We’re going to look at the price, the pros and cons, what it tastes like. And at the end of it, we’re going to look at, is it actually worth it?

So let’s get into it. The prize for abnormal is. So they think it’s a free seven day trial, which you can use. And all you do is pay the 4 99, which the delivery cost, which comes the next day or the day. How abnormal is different is how it tailors towards your specific needs. Whether you’re a vegan plant-based, meat-eater dairy lover, peanut allergy, whatever it is, they tailor their packets towards your dietary requirements.

And that is probably where they are different. All the other market leaders. It also [00:01:00] works out as slightly cheaper than the other ones as well. In this video, we’re going to try it and see what we think. Now I’m opening this for the first time. I haven’t tried it. So will be interesting to see what it’s like at some back of the box that they’ve just sent.

I’ve gone for three different flavors just to try them out. As I say, this is a seven day free trial period, you just pay 4 99 for delivery. Each one comes with. And little shaker the meal. And then I suppose, and what I suppose quite good about this is that you can take this wherever you go, stuff it in your pocket.

And then you just add this with a bit of water. And that is your meal plan. I imagine add normal foods are appealing to the sort of people on the go who might miss a meal. And that is exactly. Probably their target market in terms of like a starting package [00:02:00] is really good because if you’re unsure about whether they, you know, there’s a few other ones on the market like hill, and if you’re not sure about what you want in terms of price, starting price for this sort of food is, is it’s good value for 99 for seven minutes.

I don’t think anyone can sort of argue with that she’ll price starts at 45 pounds for their powdered meal. That that is 400 calories per serve. Whereas this is 350, so usually like a bit more calories in my food. So it’d be interesting to see what is. In terms of flavor. So for this review, in order to compare it with Huell, I’ve gone with the vanilla swell, the most bland flavor I could possibly think of.

Anyway, let’s try it.

[00:03:00] And now for the taste test, this is the first time I am trying this product. I only have another product which has healed to compare it to again, like who is sort of vegan.

It is, it’s a nice taste. It’s very easy flavor string. Some of the problems I always have with these drinks. They taste absolutely disgusting. Abnormal is actually quite enjoyable. I 12 the vanilla swell. I haven’t tried the, the strawberry sundae or the, the chocolate swell or the banana split. I believe it is.

So there’s four different flavors to choose from. I went with the fin a swell because it’s usually the vanilla is the most bland and that’s usually how I quite like these trends. [00:04:00] In terms of taste it’s as good. One of the issues I suppose I have with it is 350 calories are for a sort of meal replacement.

I definitely want something closer to 500, but as a food on the go, it’s a very good alternative. And as I say, I think they’re sort of appealing to people on the go, who, you know, maybe have to work through lunch. This is a great alternative to snack on maybe to combat the 11 o’clock or four o’clock hunger that might strike.

So generates. It’s a really nice drink. Very easy. As you say, the tree in water done, just looking at the package, the, the first ingredients that sort of say are oats, soy protein, isolate, pea protein, isolate fat reduced cocoa powder [00:05:00] sunflower oil powder, vitamin and mineral blend. And it sort of goes on a few sort of diff depending on all sorts of different vitamins added to.

So as a general all around a, I think it’s a pretty good alternative is abnormal foods worth it? The answer is yes. If you’re trying, if you want to try something or you want to try it, it’s definitely worth it. I am not on the subscription yet. I wanted to try it out first, but for five pounds or 4 99 for the delivery, it is definitely worth checking out.

Because other alternatives, like he’ll start at 45 pounds and it’s a bit more of an outlay and there are new companies. So check them out in the link below. Let me know what you think. I hope you enjoy this review and let me know in the comments, are you going to be trying to abnormal new food anyway, have [00:06:00] a great day and I’ll see you in the next.
